SF Express (Hong Kong) Limited ("SFHK") is partnering once again with the Hong Kong Police Force's Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC) to launch an anti-fraud awareness campaign. We appeal to the public to download the official "SFHK App" to obtain the latest parcel updates through authorized channels and avoid falling victim to scams.
To further protect our customers from fraudulent SMS messages and phishing websites, SFHK will reduce SMS notifications starting 14 April, 2025. All self pick-up notifications for parcels will be exclusively delivered via app push notifications through our official mobile application "SFHK App", significantly mitigating the risk of counterfeit message scams.
Customers are advised to download the SFHK App in advance and enable app push notifications on their mobile devices to ensure timely delivery alerts. Additionally, customers can monitor real-time shipment status through the "SFHK App", including waybill number, delivery route, sender and recipient details, and service fee breakdown, etc.
SFHK once again reminds the public not to respond to any suspicious calls, emails or SMS messages, protect personal information carefully, provide personal information and passwords through hyperlinks from unknown sources, or conduct transfers and remittances.
