Recently, I've had some close to home reminders that life is precious - and can end suddenly.
I always try to make time for family & friends, but I admit, sometimes work tips the balance a bit too far.
That's what I love about camping. Once you've got the gear, the cost of a weekend away is minimal, and it's entirely up to you to make it happen.
Best of all, camping usually creates better memories than many overseas holidays do.
If it’s been a while, maybe it’s time to plan a getaway. Even a short one can make a big difference. And you're not enjoying the cold snap we've been experiencing, consider heading north to Far North Queensland - where it's beautiful all winter - or, to Darwin - for Territory Day to set off some fireworks with the locals?
