Songkick is now part of the Suno family. We have updated the Songkick Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to reflect that Suno operates the Songkick service, in addition to some other updates. Below is a summary of the key changes. We encourage you to review the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for complete details.
- We updated both documents to reflect that Suno operates the Songkick service.
- We updated the limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law provisions of the Terms of Use that are applicable only for users residing outside of the United Kingdom, Switzerland and European Economic Area. The updated dispute resolution for users outside of those jurisdictions now includes an agreement to resolve disputes (with limited exceptions) through binding individual arbitration and a class action waiver.
By continuing to use the Songkick service, you agree to the updated Terms of Use and acknowledge you have read and understood the updated Privacy Policy.
