Howdy,
Last year, we launched the refreshed Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2, improving upon the original Raspberry Pi Touch Display from 2015 (at the same $60 price). This year, we’re excited to
announce the new
5″ variant of Touch Display 2, priced at $40.
The specification (beyond its size) is the same as the 7″ panel. Just like the previous panels, the Raspberry Pi attaches directly to the display for easy integration into a project, with power supplied via the Raspberry Pi's GPIO pins. We’re looking forward to seeing what our users decide to do with it. For now, you can check out our CTO Gordon
running an AI model on his.
Last week, we showed you how to
flash Raspberry Pi OS images faster, and shared the good news that, for companies building industrial IoT, automation, or connected control systems, the Raspberry Pi platform provides
a significant head start for manufacturers and system integrators operating in the European market.
Peace,
Ashley
