It's the end of another month and that means it's time for another BIG update from Rapido Trains UK! This month, they've announced a re-run of their extremely popular RCH 1907 7-plank open wagons and on top of this we've got some new project updates for you too.
RCH 1907 7-PLANK WAGONS NEW BATCH
To complement their previous range of RCH 1907 design 7-plank open wagons, Rapido have just announced a brand-new selection of liveries to this immensely popular range. All of these wagons use the 7-plank side and end door tooling and cover all sorts of colourful and fascinating private owner colour schemes - including some weathered ones too!
Moving on to some project updates - first off, Rapido have just revealed engineering samples for their newly tooled range of LNWR 'Crystal Palace' Diagram 17B brake vans in OO Gauge! It's a very exciting time to be modelling 'The Premier Line' as there are many exciting new LNWR products on the horizon or already available now - and this all-new Brake Van is the perfect way to cap off your freight trains.
Rapido have also just received some early decorated bodyshell samples for their newly tooled 'Evolution' Bogie Coaching Stock in OO Gauge! While these are only part complete these give you a great indication as to how these gorgeous coaches will look. Four versions were sent for approval showcasing LB&SCR, SECR, MR and LMR colour schemes.
Following on from the recent release of the GWR 'Large Prairie', Rapido's next newly tooled steam locomotive is just about to arrive in stock! The shipment including the all-new range of SECR Class O1 0-6-0 locomotives has now docked in the UK and will be making it's way to us shortly!
