Hornby have just unveiled a whopping 50 new items for their growing range of TT:120 Scale items - including new locomotives and rolling stock as well as a new train set too! These new releases unlock additional opportunities for classic and modern era modelling in this exciting scale, so why not embark on a TT:120 journey today?
First off, we are excited to reveal this new low price starter train set - which offers a perfect entry point for new starters in this scale! The set includes a newly tooled Freelance 0-4-0T steam locomotiveand two wagons - along with a loop of track, controller and everything else you need to get going.
In more new tooling news, Hornbyhave announced a new model of the super popular LB&SCR 'Terrier'! Three variations are to be produced catering for this iconic. tank locomotive in three distinct eras - LBSCR improved engine green, SR olive green & BR black.
The final of three new toolings are these new LBSCR/ SR 4-wheel passenger coaches! The range covers both First Class, Third Class, Brake Third & Full Brake vehicles in a range of LB&SCR, Southern and BR liveries - perfect to match with the new Terrier locomotives.
Moving over to look at new batches of existing toolings - first off, we have some new Class 66s available to pre-order including EWS, Freightliner and GBRf liveried examples - depicting some popular named locomotives.
Next up, Hornby have announced some new Class 43 HST power car packs as well as matching Mark 3 HST coaches! These are presented in GNER and Virgin Trains liveried which offer you with some new early privatisation options which have not been produced previously.
In terms of steam locomotives, a new edition of the LMS Princess Coronation is to be produced - this time covering No.6233 'Duchess of Sutherland' in the iconic LMS crimson lake colour scheme.

We also have a new edition of the popular Class 08 diesel shunter available to pre-order! This new model depicts the unique 08817 'Thornaby' in BR blue with a red lower stripe and special branding.
Expand your rake of gorgeous Pullman coaches, with these new options! Three new variations have been announced covering Brake Third and 1stClassKitchenvehicles with new names and numbers.
Moving over to wagons, there are some new Merry-Go-Round hopper wagons available to pre-order - supplied as triple packs, these new versions depict both the original HAA and later HFA variations in Railfreight red.
Also announced are some new versions of the popular TTA 4-wheel tank wagons - a single Shell/BP grey variant is to be produced as well as a new triple pack featuring Shell black liveried wagons.
Finally, Hornby have also announced some new 12 ton 4-wheel tank wagons as well! Choose from either a single Fina silver liveried example or a triple pack with Royal Daylight black liveried wagons.
