After years of your feedback, we're finally giving it the refresh it deserves.
In August, you can expect a fresh new look, experience and upgraded editor for your personalised projects!
What this move means for you
Your existing projects won’t be moved along with the site due to the upgraded editor.
Finish any in-progress projects before the move, or simply start fresh: the editor makes it just as easy either way.
Pre-paid vouchers won’t be available in the same way on the new site.
If you’d like to use the voucher for the product it’s intended for, please redeem and complete your project before the change. Otherwise, the voucher value will be issued to you as store-credit after the move.
Your existing store credits will still be available on the new site.
Re-authenticate your account on our new site using the same email to ensure your saved addresses, order history and store credits are linked to the same account.
