The second part of the fantastic Hay Morgan Collection will be auctioned live on 26 March by SGB (Stanley Gibbons Baldwin's) on philasearch.com. You can make a note of 29 April for the third part. And the best: The material from both auctions is already listed on philasearch.com.
The Hay Morgan collection is probably one of the most comprehensive collections on King George V that a British collector has built up over 40 years. It is of the highest quality and surprises with important rarities, as experts have repeatedly confirmed. These include a 500 R (East African Community), green and red-green (lot no. 152) in desirable condition.
Or lot no. 191, a Newfoundland airmail rarity: 3 c, brown Hawker type 69 overprint.
