Hey sdas,
"Grade A" sounds official. It isn't. One store uses it for phones that look near-new. Another uses it for phones with scratched screens and dying batteries. There's no rule, no standard, no one enforcing anything.
That's exactly why we don't use it. At OzMobiles, every refurbished phone gets one of five plain-English grades: Good, Excellent, Ex-Demo, Exceptional, or New. Each one has a clear description, a verified battery floor, and a warranty attached to it. No vague labels, no surprises when the box arrives.
We broke down what each grade actually means, how we decide which one a phone gets, and which one is right for you. Worth a read before your next upgrade.
