Hey sdas, what if it breaks? It's the question that stops a lot of people before they buy refurbished. Fair enough: a phone is a real spend, and you want to know someone has your back if something goes wrong. Here's the short version. Every phone we sell is tested and brought up to full working order before it's listed, then backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing and hardware faults, parts and labour included. On top of that, your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply to refurbished phones the same as new ones. What that covers: Hardware that fails on its own (buttons, speakers, cameras, charging ports, screens) A battery that won't perform as it should Parts and labour, so there's no surprise repair bill Every grade, from Good to Exceptional (which gets a bonus 3 months, 15 in total)
And here's the part most people don't expect: a lot of first-week "faults" aren't faults at all. The battery settling in, the phone running warm during setup, charging that pauses at 80%. All normal, all explained.
