Waterproof down to 2 meters (IPX8): All weather, all conditions. Most other lights are IPX6, even the EDC series. This stopped a lot of clients from investing in non waterproof lights for real world use. With the SRT7i, it's completely sealed.
Anti-Impact mechanism holds the battery in place: Weapon recoil, drops it, bumps, whatever—it keeps going. Most lights don't have a front spring in place to absorb battery impact, damaging the circuits in the head.
