[Important Notice] Revision of Purchase Service Fee
Thank you very much for using Neokyo.
Since the launch of our service in 2018, we have maintained a fixed service fee, prioritizing the delivery of the best possible experience to our customers. However, due to the recent rise in labor costs and other operational expenses, we have decided to revise the service fee in order to maintain and further improve the quality and security of our services.
This change will take effect from September 24, 2025 as follows:

・Current: 250 JPY / order
・Revised: 350 JPY / order
・Effective Date: September 24, 2025, 9:00 AM (JST)
■ But do not fear!
As a token of our gratitude to all our valued customers, we will be launching a special campaign so that the effective fee remains 250 JPY for the first month after the revision.
For one month, a 100 JPY discount will be applied to all service fees.
・Period: September 24 – October 23, 2025
・Eligible Items: All products
・Discount: 100 JPY off the service fee

■ Future Service Enhancements (Date To Be Determined)
With this fee revision, we will invest in further service improvements, including:
Extending free warehouse storage from 45 to 60 days
Strengthening warehouse capacity and staffing for faster and more reliable purchasing and shipping
Enhancing system infrastructure to support new features, pages, and improved UI/UX
