Today’s warehouse event has been much more popular than we anticipated.
Due to the increase in traffic our website was unable to cope and crashed this morning.
I know how frustrating this must have been for anyone trying order at the time and for this, I’m so sorry.
If you managed to place an order and have received a confirmation email then don’t worry, your order has gone through.
If you were unable to place your order, I'm delighted (and relieved) to tell you that our website is back up and running again – phew!
I'd also like to take this opportunity to give a huge shout out to our amazing IT Team who've worked their magic to get this issue sorted quickly during the Christmas break – thanks team, they’ve already made it onto Santa’s good list for next year!
