A card is selected by your spectator, lost into the deck and you invite a second spectator to find it. Guess what, they fail!
The fearless magician suggests a new plan. He introduces the concept of a psychic phenomenon, "automatic writing". You hand your spectator a sharpie, they remove the lid, and they begin to stab randomly at the back of the wrong card.
You show the spectators 'psychic auto-art' but it reveals nothing, just a series of random dots and dashes...but you're not done! The magician has one more play, with a gentle wave, right before their disbelieving eyes, the dots and dashes slowly and visually morph into legible text, spelling out the selected card. The card is then immediately handed out and can (should!) be given away. An impossible souvenir.
