You have 3 red aces and 1 black one, and you ask the spectator to keep their eye one the black one. To make things easier, you take one red ace and lay it face down. You give the remaining three cards a quick shuffle, and ask them to find the black ace. They confidently say it's in the middle, but, in fact, it is the face-down ace that has changed into the black ace!
Repeat the process, this time going even slower. Still, the black ace has teleported to the table.
Ok, one last try. You once again ask them to follow the black ace. This time, they point to the face down one. But it's still red. Instead the three cards in your hand have all turned into the black ace!
