Now recognised worldwide as a symbol of peace, Pablo Picasso’s ‘La Colombe’ (The Dove) was chosen to feature on commemorative posters for the first peace conference, which took place in Paris in 1949.
Picasso created more iterations of his iconic dove for peace conferences across Europe, including this 1962 edition. Printed at the historic Atelier Mourlot, this collectible poster is accompanied by a Certificate of Provenance, signed and stamped by Eric Mourlot.
