Offers
Offers are invited for all such right title and interest the Company has in its assets to include the Premises, Office Furniture & Equipment, Plant & Machinery, Stocks, and the intangible assets to include the valuable goodwill attached to the business.
Timescale
A deadline for indicative offers has been set for 5.00 pm on Wednesday the 4th of June 2025. This is an accelerated business acquisition opportunity and due diligence should be conducted as a matter of priority. The asset sale will be executed by a Liquidator upon appointment.
