Dear nature.rewards member,
We’re reaching out to inform you about important updates to the Terms and Conditions of our nature.rewards Loyalty Program, effective September 22nd, 2025.
Here’s what’s new:
Revised Points Conversion: You will now earn 1 point for every $1 spent across all product categories.
New Tier and Reward Structure: We now have 3 tiers (Rookie, Grower, and The Natural) and points can now be redeemed for percentage-based discounts:
• 200 points = 10% off • 300 points = 15% off • 400 points = 20% off
Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout when shopping online. Please note: Points expire 365 days after being earned. Tier status is valid for 12 months.
As you earn more points, you’ll reach new reward levels. Our levels reflect the journey towards getting closer to nature, and each comes with its own member-only offers. Three different tiers, three levels of benefits.
Your current points balance will be automatically transferred to the new program and you will be assigned to the appropriate tier based on your existing points.
Any active and unused vouchers will remain valid until 12/10/2025.
Please take a moment to review the full updated Terms and Conditions. These changes take effect on 09/22/2025. By continuing to access, use, or participate in the Program and related services, you agree to the new Terms.
