Thank you for your continued support of HobbyLink Japan.
From October 2025, we'll be making a few big changes to our service. Firstly, we're expanding our Private Warehouse and making it more useful than ever by making it UNLIMITED! Every customer currently using the Private Warehouse gets 6 Months FREE storage, and the timers will be completely resetting in October to give everyone an extra 6 months of free storage. But for those who want or need to store longer, we're making unlimited storage possible for just a small monthly fee. Secondly, we're also altering our cancellation and backorder policies to help reduce ambiguity surrounding backorders and reduce the impact from harmful accounts. For more details on these policy changes, please view our New Cancellation Policy. These changes will only take effect from October, with more detailed updates coming soon, For now, questions about both the Private Warehouse Unlimited system are addressed in this new post, and more detailed information about each system can also be found on our new Private Warehouse Unlimited page and our New Cancellation Policy post.
