Horror and Bishoujo fans unite! The famous Japanese horror character Sadako joins Kotobukiya's "Bishoujo" figure lineup for its 15th anniversary!
Sadako is the vengeful ghost from the 1998 Japanese horror film "Ring" who haunts her targets using a cursed videotape. And now she gets the Bishoujo treatment! |
Shunya Yamashita gives this horror icon an elegant and delicate expressiveness. Interchangeable parts are included so you can display her with her face entirely covered by her long black hair, or with one lonely eye peering out from under her hair. |
Her white dress is made of clear material to express the way her bare skin is visible through the thin fabric, wet with water from the well. The nails on her fingers and toes have fallen away from her years of struggling in the well, leaving behind painful-looking red nail beds. |
Her base resembles a pile of video tapes. Two rolls of decorative tape are included in a special video tape-shaped box, so you can arrange the tapes that stick out of the pile of cassettes yourself! One video tape is hidden inside that's different from the others, too... |
