| I have to tell you about the best customer service experience with my Oura ring! I've had mine for a long time and loved it, but decided in Feb that I wanted to upgrade to a newer one in gold. Much to my surprise, it's May and it's turned from gold to silver. 🙃 So I reached out to Oura (with help from ChatGPT) to let them know I was disappointed, and after sending them a few pics, they sent me a completely new ring (back in my original silver) for free! It really can pay to take 15 minutes to message a company when you have a problem - and if you're not sure of the wording, you can ask ChatGPT to help! I threw a quick message into it, and it sent me a more polished version. Easy peasy! |
