I can’t even tell you how much movement has changed me this year, not just physically, but mentally. My daily goal is 15k steps (and no, I don’t always hit it), but even on the days I fall short, just getting outside to walk clears my head in a way nothing else does.
Ohhh… and it you haven’t already, grab this weighted vest, we even have an exclusive promo code on Amazon right now. I promise you’ll thank me later! I legit wear mine on walks, while cleaning, and sometimes even just around the house 😅. It adds a little extra challenge without changing my routine and I’ve actually noticed a difference in my endurance and strength. It’s seriously one of my favorite wellness hacks. Totally worth it.
I’ve also been lifting heavy at the gym since the start of the year, and I feel stronger than I have in years. 💪 But here’s the truth, you don’t need a fancy gym or expensive equipment to start moving your body. Movement doesn’t have to look a certain way. It can be walking around the block, dancing in your kitchen, stretching before bed, or hitting play on a free YouTube workout.
I shared an at-home leg workout the other day that I did barefoot in my living room, no equipment, no excuses… and it totally kicked my butt. And so many of you messaged me that you did it too.
The point is… stop waiting. Stop saying “next week” or “after the holidays” or “when I get a gym membership.” Start today. Start small. Just start. ✨
