Estate & General Goods Online Auction 11th - 15th April
Hayward’s has another fantastic Estate & General Goods timed online auctions this week, starting today, Friday April 11th with the first lots closing at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 15th. There’s something for everyone in this one so come on in for a browse if you’re in town, and check it out on our website where you’ll find photos and descriptions of every lot:
You’ll find a great range of modern, retro and vintage goods this week, with quality home furnishings and lots of collectables – animal fans will find Wade whimsies, stone hippos & seals, owls, elephants, cats, metal bunnies, cows and roosters - even a life-size fibreglass dog and 2 large fibreglass moulds used in the making of the bronze penguins in Dunedin’s Exchange. We also have Buddhas, Furbies, Buzzy Bees and lots of brass figurines, vases and candlesticks, hand painted decorative eggs, vintage maps, photographs and anatomical posters, stamp albums, first day covers, sports and other collector’s cards, coins and banknotes, postcards, framed and unframed prints, paintings and metal wall art.
In furniture, we have a red leather 2-seater, comfortable recliners, bedside chests and cabinets, solid timber plant stands, whatnots and occasional tables, china cabinets, beds, dining suites and an assortment of outdoor garden bench seats, seagrass, plastic, woven cane and timber outdoor chairs and tables, plants and planters. Asian storage chests, plastic storage drawers, cane baskets, sun umbrellas, camping tents, metal enamel mugs and teapots, retro picnic sets, golf clubs and trundler and several folding wheelchairs.
You’ll also find an LTD Viper 254 bass guitar, Sonor drum kit, Yamaha keyboard, ukuleles, violins, TVs, hifi components including a pair of Boland Acoustic NZ-made floor-standing speakers, CDs, DVDs, LPs, cassettes, miniature RC helicopters, marbles, games, puzzles, vintage and retro tea sets and table ware, Sharpe Brothers and other vintage stoneware crocks, art glass, studio pottery, mantel clocks, leather jackets and shoes – the list goes on and you can find photos and descriptions of every lot on our website, where you can create a wish-list and place your bids. If you’re in town, you can inspect everything in-person here at 5 Carroll Street in Dunedin.
Viewing times for this auction are Saturday April 12th from 9:00am–12:00pm, Monday and Tuesday from 9:00am – 5:00pm with the first lots closing Tuesday the 15th at 6:00pm.
