Estate & General Goods Online Auction 17th - 21st April 2006
It Hayward’s has another Estate & General Goods auction ready to go and it starts today, Friday April the 17th with the first lots closing at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 21st. From antique to contemporary, there’s something for everyone in this one, so come in for a browse if you’re in town, and check it out on our website where you’ll find photos and descriptions of every lot:
In furniture this week, there’s a 3-piece La-Z-Boy lounge suite, rolled-arm fabric covered lounge suite, long rimu refectory-based dining table with matching seagrass-upholstered chairs, retro formica-topped and other dining tables, chairs and stools. Cab-leg occasional and coffee tables, nesting tables, lift-top storage and sewing chests, metal filing cabinet and plan drawers, office chairs, a church pew with cushions. Floor rugs, standard lamps and coat racks, mid-century, vintage and modern traditional style chests of drawers, lowboys, mirror-back dressers, bedside cabinets, bookshelves and display cabinets, a trestle table on rimu stands and a large vintage clerk’s desk that needs a little TLC.
Sewing machines, boxes of knitting yarn, art and crafting supplies, typewriters, electric and acoustic guitars, a practice amp, ukuleles, harmonicas, a Yamaha keyboard, a cello inneed of some work. Wrist and pocket watches, costume and silver jewellery, stamps and stamp albums, bank notes, coins and collector’s coin sets, sports cards, Lord of the Rings posters and figures, Maurice Sendak prints, carded hot Wheels, vintage Fun Ho and other vehicles, display dolls, Barbie and Bratz, Pop! figures, plush Furbys, Lego games and other sets, vintage Meccano and other construction toys, puzzles and games.
