Estate & General Goods Online Auction 27th February - 3rd March
Hayward’s has another fantastic Estate & General Goods auction ready for viewing, featuring a wide range of vintage, retro and contemporary items. It starts today, Friday Feb. the 27th with the first lots closing at 6:00pm on Tuesday March 3rd. As always, we have a huge assortment of items on offer, so please come in for a browse if you’re in town, and check it out on our website where you’ll find photos and descriptions of every lot:
This week you’ll find a Torpedo 7 Saturn ST e-bike, a Saxon 500mm telescope & tripod, a Parmco 900mm ceramic cook-top oven, concrete garden benches, figures and planters, retro lip chairs, bottles of wine, woollen blankets, golf clubs, archery and fishing items, coffee grinders and espresso machines, boxed and carded Hot Wheels and other die-cast and tin toy vehicles. Smurfs, Star Wars, Pokemon, Ghostbusters, Star Trek, Muppet and other figures and toys, boxed and carded Hot Wheels and other die-cast & tin toy vehicles, boxes of McDonalds Happy Meal promotional toys.
We also have a lot of costume jewellery scattered about the room, stamps and stamp albums, coins, watches, Webley air pistols, air rifles, pocket knives, an electric guitar, some nice ukuleles, mandolin, glockenspiel, Yamaha keyboard, a Denon & Wharfedale AV surround system, TVs, vintage and more modern radios and portable audio, lots of LP records, 45s, CDs, DVDs, Sega Mega Drive game console, metal 3D puzzles, paper, balsa and plastic aeroplane model kits, cash boxes, sewing and trinket boxes.
Vintage platform scales, wall clocks, barometer-thermometers, retro metal-framed mirrors, vintage prints and photos, framed watercolours, oil and acrylic pintings, metal wall art, display dolls, half-dolls and porcelain figurines, a Brother overlocker and other sewing machines, thread, buttons and notions, plated ware, studio pottery, stoneware crocks, kitchen appliances & utensils. Vintage books, film cameras, framed maps, paintings, prints, posters, filing cabinets, light shades, table and work lamps, pet cages, a vintage fan.
In furniture, you’ll find a great selection of bedroom and lounge furniture, display cabinets, sideboards, dining, coffee and end tables, retro lip chairs, vinyl topped stools, fabric upholstered dining and reception chairs, wooden chests, foot-stools, standard lamps and floor rugs. Bergere cane lounge suites, leather club chairs and settee, And you can’t miss the large, heavy and heavily carved hardwood dowry/rice storage chest near the front entry. Vintage blue & white china, Torquay and Cornish ware, depression glass, box lots of other vintage tableware and ornaments.
