Estate & General Goods Online Auction 22nd - 26th August
Hayward’s has another fantastic Estate & General Goods timed online auction ready to go, starting today, Friday August 22nd with the first lots closing at 6:00pm on Tuesday the 26th. We have a wide range of items on offer, so please come in for a browse if you’re in town, and check it out on our website where you’ll find photos and descriptions of every lot:
As always you’ll find a great range of beds and furniture including leather La-Z-Boy settees and rocker recliners, solid pine mirror-back dresser, desk and wall unit, a Welsh dresser, baker’s stand, dining tables, retro pressed wood, embossed leather, solid timber and other dining chairs, kitchen step stools, a nice coffee table with drawers made from a sewing machine cabinet, filing cabinets, timber chests, blanket boxes and lots of other lounge and bedroom furniture.
Sewing machines, quilts and wool blankets, craft supplies, art easels, mountain bikes, mobility scooter and wheelchairs, boxes of Lego, including a Friends TV show “Central Perk” set, display dolls and doll parts, Barbies and other boxed toys and dolls, plastic model kits and die-cast vehicles, board games, puzzles, books and comics, cigarette and chocolate collector’s cards and albums, Dragon Ball and other gaming cards, LPs, CDs, DVDs, hifi components, a wind-up gramophone, ukuleles.
You’ll also find timber outdoor table and chairs, cane and bamboo lounge chairs, folding sun loungers and lots of plants and garden planters, plant stands and ornaments. We have retro wall clocks and barometers, framed watercolours, oils and acrylics, prints, posters and photographs, wall mirrors, light fittings and shades, mantel clocks and radios, bottles of wine and spirits, trinket boxes, kitchen appliances and bake ware, bread makers, crystal and glass ware including decanters, glasses and ornaments, brass candlesticks, plated ware and cutlery, serving trays, table ware, trios and tea sets
Vintage and modern tools, door and window hardware, film and digital cameras, costume jewellery, brooches, badges, watches, coins, notes and stamp albums, lava lamps, and heaps of interesting little glass, silver, brass, tin, timber, china and crystal ornaments, figurines and miscellaneous collectables scattered about the place. You’ll find photos and descriptions of everything on our website, where you can create a wish-list and place your bids. If you’re in town, you can inspect everything in-person here at 5 Carroll Street in Dunedin. Viewing times for this auction are Saturday August 23rd from 9:00am –12:00pm, Monday & Tuesday 9:00am – 5:00pm with the first lots closing Tuesday the 26th at 6:00pm.
