Urban Art
Tania Marmolejo is known for portraits that blend figuration with elements of memory and fantasy. Her subjects often appear in dreamlike settings where lush vegetation and expressive features create an atmosphere of quiet contemplation. In this 2023 painting, a solitary female figure emerges from a canopy of vibrant blue-green foliage, gazing outward with a sense of vulnerability and introspection. The work exemplifies Marmolejo's ability to create emotionally charged images that are both intimate and visually captivating.

U.S. Coins
The 1907 High Relief, Wire Rim suffered from issues in the practicality of minting such a high-relief coin. The design would later be modified with a lower relief and Arabic numerals to better facilitate mass production, leaving just 12,367 coins of the more arduous but beautiful version. The abandonment of the High Relief design came with much disappointment from President Theodore Roosevelt, who had commissioned the celebrated sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens to create it.

Concert Posters
This original first printing of the Grateful Dead's iconic Aoxomoxoa concert poster advertised a weekend of shows at San Francisco's Avalon Ballroom in January 1969. Created by the legendary artist Rick Griffin, this is one of the most special psychedelic concert posters from the 1960s and one of the most popular from that decade. The Grateful Dead loved Griffin's artwork so much, in fact, they used it for the cover of their third studio album, 1969's Aoxomoxoa, released just five months after this poster's debut.
