We are proud to announce our partnership with the Promise Fund of Florida to offer a modern motorcycling milestone: the 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide RR, Serial Number 1, in a
single-lot charity auction closing February 24. All proceeds will benefit the Promise Fund, a nonprofit focused on improving access to breast and cervical cancer care. Only 131 of these race-inspired motorcycles were produced, and this is the first off the line,
built with aerospace-grade materials including carbon-fiber bodywork and a titanium exhaust. The motorcycle was donated by racing legend Rodin Younessi and his family as part of Driven by the Promise, an initiative started by Younessi's son, Dariyan Younessi.

Marilyn Monroe famously began her road to stardom as an unknown model, and indelible images of her from throughout her career are featured in our February 26 The Art of Exposure auction, alongside offerings from the 20th century's most significant chroniclers of beauty, sex appeal and the human form. Among the featured photographers are early pioneers such as
Albert Arthur Allen and Alfred Cheney Johnston.
The selection then transitions into the work of classic photographers including Edward Weston and
Ruth Bernhard. Moving into the latter half of the 20th century, highlights include works by iconic pin-up photographer
Bunny Yeager and striking works from Bert Stern,
Sam Shaw and Lucien Clergue.

LeRoy Neiman, Muhammad Ali and the legendary boxing promoter Don King are three of the most recognizable names from the 1970s sports scene, and they all come together in our Winter Platinum Night Sports Auction. The February 28-March 1 auction features two original Neiman paintings commissioned by King. In 1974's
The Rumble in the Jungle, Neiman depicts what is arguably the most famous bout in boxing history, a dramatic battle in Kinshasa, Zaire, pitting reigning champion George Foreman against the underdog Ali.
The Thrilla in Manila, meanwhile, captures the storied 1975 showdown in the Philippines between Ali and Joe Frazier III. When the final bids are placed, we suspect that one or both offerings could hold the records as the most expensive Neiman original paintings ever sold at auction.

Website Tips: Bid Protection
|
Bid Protection allows you to ensure you are not outbid by automatically increasing your bid to the next full increment if you are outbid during the live event. This protects you from being "sniped" by a single increment. Bid Protection can be entered on all items except the current lot and the next upcoming lot in a Live Auction.
Note: The extra increment won't be placed until the item is up for live bidding, so it is possible that you could be outbid by a bid placed prior to live bidding, such as another proxy bid, live proxy bid, mail bid, etc., which could result in your losing the lot by that one increment. For the same reason, it is also possible that a currently losing bid with bid protection placed could potentially win the lot once the lot is subject to live bidding and the Bid Protection increment(s) is placed.

President Abraham Lincoln's unusually brief oration on November 19, 1863, now referred to as the Gettysburg Address, is among the most important, if not the most important, speeches in American history.
He had arrived in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, the prior evening with a small party of his closest associates, including William P. Dole, his Commissioner of Indian Affairs, on the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad on a special train arranged exclusively for Lincoln and his entourage. Each member of this small party was issued a special pass. Very few were issued, and fewer still of these passes - relics that were in close proximity to Lincoln as he prepared to give his most famous oration - have survived to the current day. On February 26,
Dole's railroad pass and the marshal's ticket
that authorized him to stand with Lincoln on the speaker's platform will be among the singular historic items to go on the block at Heritage Auctions' Historical Manuscripts & Texana Signature® Auction.
