We hereby issue a bulk purchasing inquiry for the transmission shaft with drawing No. 18060-11266. The material shall be S45C (AISI 1045/EN8), and all machined dimensions shall comply with DIN ISO 2768 tolerance standards. The journals and keyway working surfaces at both ends shall undergo local high-frequency induction hardening, with a required hardness of 38–42 HRC and a hardened case depth of 1.5–2 mm. The external thread shall be tolerance class 6g, non-mating basic surfaces shall have a surface roughness of Rz25, and finished products shall be protected with Anticorit anti-rust treatment.
Our intended total order quantity is 24,000 pieces. Please provide the unit ex-factory price inclusive of tax, breakdown of product development costs, as well as lead times for samples and mass production. We accept payment terms of 40% advance payment and the balance 60% against bill of lading, and the quotation shall remain valid for no less than 30 days.
Kindly attach heat treatment inspection standards and finished product packaging scheme together with your quotation.
