We’ve expanded our circular initiatives with a new partner in Sweden, joining our existing one in Norway. Together, they give returned and unsold products a second life. We’ve also boosted our spare parts range to nearly 4,000 items - helping customers extend the life of their furniture even further.
Safety is always top of mind.
We track health and safety through TCIR (Total Case Incident Rate), and the results are encouraging. Our factory in Lithuania has gone over 600 days without an accident and in 2024, we expanded TCIR tracking to our subsidiaries and HQ in Sweden to strengthen our commitment across the board.
Reduced emissions
In 2024, we cut our CO₂ emissions by 7% across scopes 1 and 2. Direct emissions dropped 18%, thanks to energy-saving efforts at our Slovakian factory. We also reduced scope 2 emissions by 3% by installing more solar panels and increasing our use of renewable energy.
Launch of HURRAY
Our new office chair is built for both the planet and the user. It features replaceable parts, a removable cover made from 100% recycled fabric and ergonomic design for all-day comfort.
