Sales and Promotion Terms & Conditions: Availability. All promotional offers are valid while supplies last. Product quantities are limited. AeroPanda LLC does not guarantee the availability of any item during the promotional period. Promotion Period. Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing and offers commence on November 27, 2025, and conclude on December 01, 2025. AeroPanda LLC reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to modify, extend, terminate, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Eligibility. Promotions apply solely to in-stock items and to select pre-order items expressly identified by AeroPanda LLC as eligible. Promotional pricing for qualifying pre-order items will be honored. AeroPanda LLC retains the right to determine whether any item or order qualifies for a promotion. Back-Orders. Certain items may become back-ordered for an extended duration. AeroPanda LLC reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, and issue a refund without prior notice. Shipping Exclusions. Some items are excluded from free shipping offers. Eligibility for free shipping shall be determined exclusively by AeroPanda LLC. Trademark Notice. The brands Jeti Model, PowerBox, Bavarian Demon, MKS Servos, Soxos, JetCentral, and others referenced within the promotional materials are registered trademarks. Their names, designs, and images are used with prior authorization from the respective rights holders. Manufacturer-Restricted Items. Due to manufacturer policies, certain products are excluded from promotional pricing. Exclusions include, but are not limited to: Xicoy turbines and electronics, JetCentral accessories, Pulse Batteries, out-of-stock or pre-order items, PowerBox radios, jet models and kits, and any additional products designated by AeroPanda LLC as ineligible. Right to Exclude Products. AeroPanda LLC reserves the right to exclude any product from any promotion at any time, with or without notice. No Retroactive Application. Promotional discounts, including Black Friday pricing, shall not be applied retroactively to orders shipped prior to the commencement of the promotion.
