When I restart my desktop a window opens titled "google EULA" It says "this programme cannot display the webpage" etc. I cannot close the window or minimise it.Help please.Its a new pc I bought last week
Sorted.Went into msconfig and unclicked it at startup.

Click on start button and type msconfig in start search box.Click on msconfig and it will bring you to system configuration.Open startup and unclick box with google eula,click apply and ok and it should disappear when you restart.
