I have a new PC with Vista. Had difficulty installing my existing Dell 962 all in one printer, but finally got it to print and scan. Then suddenly it stopped working. I get a message "Printer not Communicating". I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling multiplt times, but I am unable to get it to work. Can anyone help? -- purple momster
Obvious first thing is to ask DELL re any issues with their 962 printer and Vista. I checked with Dell. short story-my firewall updated and started blocking my printer. -- purple momster
