Looks like your source is  Quoted-Printable?
(E.g., all the text for one paragraph appears
to some extent to be written on one continuous line.)
So, you could save the file somewhere and format it
appropriately and then print it.

Otherwise find some other way of preparing the document
for your printer.   E.g. perhaps  Office Word  or even WordPad
could do that.

I imagine your printer setup could be a factor too
but you would have to ask in a newsgroup which specializes
in printing about that.   Cross-posting for convenience.
