printing in grey scale   

windows Vista/printer hp psc 2210 all-in-one.
The printer properties window won't open to allow me to choose the option of 
printing in grey scale,so everything is printed in colour spanking my colour 
cartridge

Do you have the latest drivers from HP for your version of Vista?
