Public computer on local workgroup.
I have a Windows Vista Home Premium system on a peer to peer network with all
other WinXP machines.

This computer is in an area where it is to be used as a guest computer. It
is also used by users who need access to the local network. I have setup 4
profiles. 1 guest profile that does not require a password and 3 password
protected profiles for other users. I need to keep the guest account off of
the workgroup while allowing the other profiles access to the workgroup. I
have tired changing workgroups in the guest account but that changes the
entire computer to the other workgroup.

Anyone know of a way to accomplish what I need to do?

Re: Public computer on local workgroup.
You may want to create a group policy to restrict the guess account. This
how to may help.
Group Policy
To use Group Policy to Hide local drives, open Group Policy>User
Configuration> Administrative Templates>Windows Components> Windows
Explorer. ...
