Is it still necessary to update Realtek audio drivers every month?
Hello Ryka, It is usually always best to use the latest version of a driver to possibly fix and avoid any problem you may encounter with it. For example, with sound issues with games or other audio issues. However, if you are happy with the way your audio is performing and do not have any problems with the version you using, then I would say it would not be necessary to update them unless you just would like to. http://www.vistax64.com/sound-audio/64250-new-realtek-hd-audio-driver-update.html Hope this helps, Shawn Ryka;839588 Wrote: > Is it still necessary to update Realtek audio drivers every month? -- Brink *There are no dumb questions, just the people that do not ask them.* '*VISTA FORUMS*' (http://www.vistax64.com) *Please post feedback to help others.*
