when my computer starts up   

everytime i turn on my laptop i get a        RLL CAN,T LOAD TEMPLATE NOT FOUND

This is not something we can solve in a forum dedicated to supporting the
Windows Mail program.
If the laptop is still under warranty, take it back to the store.
