Unable to delete e-mail from outbox

Unable to delete e-mail from outbox

I have a e-mail stuck in my outbox.  It shows unsent and in the outbox folder 
in the Windows Mail folder it is nowhere to be found.  How would I go about 
getting rid of this mail??  It seems to be preventing any mail from going 
out, althoug I can recieve mail

Hello BikerMice,

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message
problem in Windows Mail for all folders.

Installing the KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You
must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the section
titled "FIRST" in this tutorial about antivirus and other security
programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the
KB941090 Microsoft Update in the section titled "SECOND" to fix and be
able to delete the stuck message from the problem folder.

Sometimes the KB941090 update doesn't delete the messages causing
such problems.  If this happens, click on the Outbox, then View, then
Current View, then Show All Messages.  If this makes any more
messages appear, delete at least the oldest one.
