I open outlook - 50% of send/receive process and also calendar reminders start - the screen turns pale and message reads there is a problem and outlook needs to close - no reason for this to start - no change in software etc. Cable connection with windows vista (yuk) - any help out there for frustrated mom!

You're more likely to get a useful answer if you ask in a newsgroup meant for Outlook, such as: microsoft.public.outlook.general Mention which version of Outlook you are using and that you are using it under Vista, in case it matters.
