I can not send and recieve from both of my mail programs. They both have the same effects. Finding host Securing Connected Authorizing Logon AND have followed the step repeatedly and finally gave up and cancel it, then I get "An incorrect password was entered" I know my own password. duh Please help I am going crazy.

Did you watch carefully which letters of the password were CAPITAL and which were lowercase? Did you have Caps Lock set without noticing it? Are you sure you were entering the password for the correct account?

Which antivirus are you running?
