After I have deleted an email in windows mail, automatically the next email will be opened. How can I change it so I will automatically return to the inbox? -- PLoegh Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com
Don't delete it from its opened window. Close the window, then delete it from the message list. You may also want to disable the preview pane: View, Layout, uncheck "Show preview pane". -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "PLoegh" wrote in message news:PLoegh.3c8y05@no-mx.forums.vistaheads.com... > > After I have deleted an email in windows mail, automatically the next > email will be opened. That would mean I would have to click twice where one click would be sufficient. Is there no way to change it? -- PLoegh Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com
No, you can't change it. Note: It is customary to quote the message one is replying to. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "PLoegh" wrote in message news:PLoegh.3caogd@no-mx.forums.vistaheads.com... > > That would mean I would have to click twice where one click would be > sufficient.
