Printer Properties / Printing preferences / Services / Clean Printer Cartridges A Clean Cartridge Window shows up with a message that cleaning may take 1 or 2 mins and a "Clean" and a "Cancel" button when I click Clean Nothig is done (no error, no clean complete, ... absolutely nothing, and printer does not do any activities even after 10 mins) What's the problem?
