Display problem
I keep getting a lock symbol (a picture of a key-type lock) right in the
center of my monitor. It comes and goes. I have a Dell Dimension and am
running Vista Home Premium. Dell can't seem to solve this problem. When
Dell logs onto my computer, they can't see the symbol. When I press the
menu button on the monitor, the lock symbol comes up and I can't get the
menu to come up. Has anyone ever heard of this problem?

RE: Display problem
Hi Judy,

With some monitors, it is possible to loock the buttons on them so that
settings cannot be altered. Check the manual for your monitor. It should tell
you which buttons to press to lock and unlock the buttons. If not, simply
power down your monitor, wait a short while, and then switch it back on. This
should unlock thye buttons so that you can use them again.
