Utimate: Vista keeps re-arranging icon on my desktop...   

hi,

Vista keeps re-arranging icons on my desktop and quick-launch bar..  why 
is it doing this?

I have "auto arrange" turned off in desktop configuration..

I thought you switched to Mac's?
