Vista Iexplorer needs to be reloaded   

For some reason Visa Internet explorer will not load. When I click on
it, it doesn't load. 

How do I reintall ????

Try to Run IE without Add ons.
Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons)
