Hi everyone!

I have a Sony flat panel model #VGCLS25E with Windows Vista. Problem is
I get the blue screen of death almost everytime I put it on sleep mode
then come back later to use it. It does restart automatically just takes
a while....This is the error info I have from the last one:

*Problem signature:

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3

Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

BCCode: fe

BCP1: 00000008

BCP2: 00000006

BCP3: 00000005

Any computer savy people out there who might know how to fix this? I
would appreciate ANY help!!!

Re: Blue Screen Crash daily, help PLEASE :)
Hi Shannan,

Open Windows Explorer to C:\Windows\minidump and locate the most recently
created file (the dates are part of the name for each). Send it to me at
rick_at_mvps_dot_org using a subject line of 'per req' and I'll take a look
to see if we can determine the cause. Chances are pretty good that a driver
file is not supporting the function properly and needs to be updated.

If you cannot see the files in that folder, open folder options and on the
view tab change the settings so that you can see hidden and operating system
files.

If there are still no files there, go to the Control Panel/System applet and
click on the advanced settings. Click on the start and recovery settings and
set the options to create a small memory dump. Apply/ok your way out, then
the next time it happens the file will be created.
