ok i have problem nothing shows up on desktop its there but it isent in explorer it says its all there . the only thing i can see is perfectly functioning taskbar and the wallpaper i can change wall paper i can drag items onto the desktop and when i check the folder the moved icons are there but nothing actually shows on desktop heres a link to a forum in which people have same problem but no fix 'Desktop Shortcuts/Icons Won't Display (Vista) - Windows Help Desk | Google Groups' (http://groups.google.com/group/Windows-Help-Desk/browse_thread/thread/a1691cfdbd35a776?pli=1) i can right click on the desktop with all normal functions i also tried rightshift ctrl click and opened up command prompt but nothin works please help me -- jwright64
