Is there a way to change the color of the highlights, when I go into my directories and click on a directory or a file the highlight color is a soft blue or coral color and I am having a problem seeing this color, can I change it so it's darker or use another color. Steve
The two toned 'hover' is part of the Aero theme, but the select color can be changed . You can change your theme choice to 'Windows Classic" and the hover color will change with the select color. In the R/H pane click on "Window Color and Appearance". In the dialog box that pops up click on "Advanced". Click on the drop-down box headed "Item" and select "Selected Items" then you can change the color. HTH
