Overide default columns in Windows Explorer column headings
hello all,

When a particular folder contains only, say pictures or videos, the column
headings for that folder contains heading like 'Tag', 'Rating', which I don't
like.

I don't want that defaults. Can I override that default column heading, not
just for one folder, but for all folders in the Windows Explorer.

In other words, a kinda of global template where I tell Windows Explorer
following,
"Use the column headings in this folder for all my folders in Windows
Explorer. Go forth and multiply! Obey this!!!"

Thanx in advance

Set the folder the way you want it. Then:

Tools - Folder options - View - Apply to folders

Doesn't work in VISTA. I read somewhere also that it is only limited to 400
folders. But that could be tweakUI that had that option in XP. In VISTA the
Tools - Folder options - View - Apply to folders does not work. Any remedies
for this?

Thanks.
